We have a lovely new 3 bed 2 bath townhouse in PAU8 ideal for all holidays in Spain.

Behind the entrance walls is a beautiful garden with seating area and dining area to enjoy the Spanish evenings or even a BBQ. Entering the house you have the spacious living room seating 5 people, the flatscreen TV with multi national channels to suit all. There is a breakfast bar seating 4 along with the fully fitted kitchen to cater for all. Downstairs are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other 2 singles beds. There is a family bathroom as well. By way of the outside stairs is the upstairs double bedroom with ensuite shower room and private terrace to relax or sunbathe. Through the kitchen is a small back area and entrance directly onto the communal pool for the community. The owner has furnished sunloungers to use around the pool as well. The complete house has climate controlled air conditioning and heating, most important on a hot August day! A car is not necessary but is an added bonus. Nearby there are many championship golf courses to choose from plus the Villamartin Golf Course is on your door, the largest shopping mall in Europe, Zenia Boulevard, numerous Blue Flag Beaches to choose from, markets galore and all within a few minutes drive or even walk-able and of course the Villamartin Plaza with over 30 restaurants and bars to choose, from the local kebab shop to 5-star dining in many of the well-known restaurants. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. Just a perfect place to be. For the golfer the Orihuela Costa is the place to be, known as the Costa del Golf! There are several professional courses all within a few minutes drive if not just next door. In the near proximity there is the Campoamor Golf, Villamartin Golf, Las Ramblas Golf, Las Colinas Golf, Vista Bella Golf, Golf La Finca and La Romero Golf. You can hire clubs at most as well. What's fantastic is the largest shopping mall in Europe is only a 5-minute drive away so you can spend hours shopping if not on the beach. Zenia Boulevard has shops in which you can find the latest in fashion, services, design, accessories or decoration at very competitive prices such as those of Primark, Alcampo, Decathlon, Leroy Merlin, Norauto, C&A, H&M, Zara, Zara Home, Lefties, Mango, Stradivarius, Bershka, Pull and Bear, Springfield, etc. Apart from shops, it has a Casino, bowling ally, and a host of fine eateries with all different types of food in the central court.
