This is a fantastic spacious 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Villamartin Plaza with amazing views into the plaza ideal for all of the entertainment or just a relaxing glass of wine in the sun! This apartment could not be in a better location looking into the central area of the Villamartin Plaza. It's a very large terrace that is great for romantic dining, relaxing and of course, the best seat in the plaza to listen to summer music entertainment! The well-decorated apartment has a large living room with a sofa to enjoy the full UK TV and free WIFI and dining area. The large American style kitchen is fully fitted to cater for any party. The bedroom has 2 single beds with a built-in wardrobe and the full family bathroom is ensuite as well as air on in the bedroom. With the apartment on the 2nd floor with amazing views. In all a perfect apartment to enjoy a visit to Spain and the Villamartin Plaza.
Being part of the Villamartin Plaza, you just walk downstairs into the plaza to a large choice of restaurants from the local kebab shop to 5-star dining in many of the well know restaurants, we even have one owned by a TOWIE cast member. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. Also during the summer the community puts on entertainment in the central plaza so step around the corner and watch with stars such as Leo Sayer, Ray Lewis of the Drifters, Rob Falsini, Foundations, Los Pacaminos ft Paul Young, Tony Christie, Andy Abraham, Paul Da Vinci, Ges Rogers Union Gap and in 2019 Les McKeown's Bay City Rollers on Tour and more. Just a perfect place to be. The plaza also has a grocery store, banks and doctor.
For the golfer the Orihuela Costa is the place to be, known as the Costa del Golf! There are several professional courses all within a few minutes drive if not just next door. In the near proximity there is the Campoamor Golf, Villamartin Golf, Las Ramblas Golf, Las Colinas Golf, Vista Bella Golf, Golf La Finca and La Romero Golf. You can hire clubs at most as well. We suggest if you are looking for ease of booking and discounted green fees to contact Albatross Golf in Los Dolses.
Also now visit the new Zenia Blvd shopping mall considered to be the largest in Europe and only a 5-minute drive away, or catch a taxi!
The location of this apartment makes it the perfect holiday retreat for families or golfing groups.

Everyone comes to Spain for the Beaches and the Orihuela Costa has some of the finest “Blue Flag Beaches” Spain has to offer. There are local tourist known beaches such as La Zenia Beach, Campoamor Beach, Cabo Roig Beach, Playa Flamenca Beach and the promenade beach in Torrevieja. If you ask about you can also find those special little beaches only known by the locals to have a little quiet time on the beach or a romantic day out.
Markets!: The nearest large supermarket is the Mercadona, which is just a few minutes drive away. The nearest Spanish market is now held each Saturday on Playa Flamenca (close to Mercadona) offering many bargains. There are also large markets held in Torrevieja on Friday, Playa Flamenca on Saturday, San Pedro on Monday and Guardamar on Wednesday. The town of Torrevieja is close by and here you can find an evening 'Craft market' on the seafront as well as many restaurants and bars. You can walk along the Promenade and stop off to enjoy a drink or meal at one of the many restaurants on offer.
For the shopper, you cannot ask for better as our new shopping mall, La Zenia Boulevard, being the largest shopping mall in Europe is just a few minutes away. Zenia Boulevard has shops in which you can find the latest in fashion, services, design, accessories or decoration at very competitive prices such as those of Primark, Alcampo, Decathlon, Leroy Merlin, Norauto, C&A, H&M, Zara, Zara Home, Lefties, Mango, Stradivarius, Bershka, Pull and Bear, Springfield, etc. Apart from shops, it has a Casino, bowling ally, and a host of fine eateries with all different types of food in the central court.
The local area host many things to occupy your time as well as sunbathing and a glass of vino. The local area offers other things to do such as horseback riding, scuba diving, flyboarding, fishing, sightseeing, quad biking or even hire a bike and go for a ride. Whatever you wish to do on your holiday in Spain, you can guarantee the Villamartin and local areas will have it, in fact, we have everything!!!

There is a compulsory 50 euro end of stay cleaning fee payable on arrival to the agent at key handover. The keys will not be released without payment.
We are able to arrange airport collection from both Alicante and Murcia at a set cost. Please ask for a quote.
Cots and high chairs are available upon request at a price of €15.00 per week each.
For booking, there is a 25 % deposit payable at booking with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to booking commencement.

Overall the property was good, great facilities, very roomy and it had a modern feel. The double glazing made a big difference in the evening if you wanted less noise from the plaza. The balcony was a lovely size with a good seating area.

Can’t complain, Graeme and Casey are both friendly and attentive to any need you may have. The apartment was spotless and all mod cons are in good order. If I had one suggestion it would to update the bed linens and towels but these are minor issue
