Welcome to this stunning family 4 bed villa in the Playa Flamenca area of the Orihuela Costa. Huge outdoors and private pool as well.
This stunning 4 bedroom 3.5 bath villa with private pool is the perfect place for a family or group of friends to call home during their holiday in Spain. The main floor features a large living room area seating 8 people easily, flat screen TV and multi national stations as well free high speed WIFI. Of the living room is a huge dining room area again seating up to 8. There is a massive fully fitted kitchen for all catering needs when on holiday, even a breakfast table. On this floor is also the master bedroom with it's on ensuite bathroom. There is also a WC on this floor. Most important is the absolutely huge outdoor space off of the living room. You walk out to a lovely sitting area on the porch as well a beautiful BBQ. The BBQ can be either gas or charcoal, it's fantastic! There is also a swing on the porch. A couple of steps down to the extremely large pool area with 8 sun loungers for you to enjoy the day. Back inside and upstairs are 3 more bedrooms, with double and single beds and all with wardrobes. The large bedroom has views over the pool area as well. There is a full family shower on this floor as well another ensuite bathroom.
The villa is set in a lovely area with beautiful grounds. Just a few minutes walk in one direction is VIA Park II with many bars and restaurants and the other direction just a few minutes walk is the world famous Emerald Isle and the La Florida area.
What's fantastic is the largest shopping mall in Europe is only a 10 minute drive away so you can spend hours shopping if not on the beach. Zenia Boulevard has shops in which you can find the latest in fashion, services, design, accessories or decoration at very competitive prices such as those of Primark, Alcampo, Decathlon, Leroy Merlin, Norauto, C&A, H&M, Zara, Zara Home, Lefties, Mango, Stradivarius, Bershka, Pull and Bear, Springfield, etc. Apart from shops, it has a Casino, bowling ally, and a host of fine eateries with all different types of food in the central court.
For the golfer the Orihuela Costa is the place to be, known as the Costa del Golf! There are several professional courses all within a few minutes drive if not just next door. In the near proximity there is the Campoamor Golf, Villamartin Golf, Las Ramblas Golf, Las Colinas Golf, Vista Bella Golf, Golf La Finca and La Romero Golf. You can hire clubs at most as well. We suggest if you are looking for ease of booking and discounted green fees to contact Albatross Golf in Los Dolses.
The La Zenia and Playa Flamenca beaches are just a couple of km's away as well.

Everyone comes to Spain for the Beaches and the Orihuela Costa has some of the finest “Blue Flag Beaches” Spain has to offer. There are local tourist known beaches such as La Zenia Beach, Campoamor Beach, Cabo Roig Beach, Playa Flamenca Beach and the promenade beach in Torrevieja. If you ask about you can also find those special little beaches only known by the locals to have a little quiet time on the beach or a romantic day out.
Markets!: The nearest large supermarket is the Mercadona, which is just a few minutes drive away. The nearest Spanish market is now held each Saturday on Playa Flamenca (close to Mercadona) offering many bargains. There are also large markets held in Torrevieja on Friday, Playa Flamenca on Saturday, San Pedro on Monday and Guardamar on Wednesday. The town of Torrevieja is close by and here you can find an evening 'Craft market' on the seafront as well as many restaurants and bars. You can walk along the Promenade and stop off to enjoy a drink or meal at one of the many restaurants on offer.
For the shopper, you cannot ask for better as our new shopping mall, La Zenia Boulevard, being the largest shopping mall in Europe is just a few minutes away. There is a compulsory 140 euro end of stay cleaning fee payable on arrival to the agent at key handover. The keys will not be released without payment.
We are able to arrange airport collection from both Alicante and Murcia at a set cost. Please ask for a quote.
Cots and high chairs are available upon request at a price of €15.00 per week each.
For booking, there is a 25 % deposit payable at booking with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to booking commencement.

The guest will receive a 100% refund if they cancel at least four weeks before the check-in date and as long as the full balance has been paid on time according to the booking terms.
