This perfect holiday apartment is located in the Las Violetas Urb just across from the Villamartin Plaza making it the perfect location for peace and quiet to relax but just a 2 minute walk to the Plaza with more choices for food, drinks and entertainment.
The apartment is ground floor with a large garden area great for sunbathing, having a BBQ or letting the kids play. The living room is spacious seating 4 easily on the comfy sofas while relaxing watching your favourite programs on the on the all nationality TV and FREE wifi. The dining area seats 4 with an additional 2 bar stools for the kitchen breakfast bar. All rooms enjoy full air-con also. The kitchen is fully fitted to cater for any cooking if self catering on your holiday. Both bedrooms have twin beds with the master having an ensuite full shower room. There is also a large full family bathroom. Walk out of the garden and just down the path 200 feet is the large communal pool where you can play in the water, or relax in the sun on the grass. What makes this the perfect holiday home, simple, location and size, this is the perfect holiday apartment in the Las Violetas area of Villamartin.
The apartment is a four-minute walk to the Villamartin Plaza with a large choice of restaurants from the local kebab shop to 5-star dining in many of the well know restaurants. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. Also during the summer the community puts on entertainment in the central plaza so step around the corner and watch stars such as Leo Sayer, The Bay City Rollers, Paul Young & Los Pacaminos, Ray Lewis of the Drifters, Rob Falsini, The Foundations, Tony Christie, Andy Abraham, Paul Da Vinci, Ges Rogers Union Gap, and more. Just a perfect place to be. The plaza also has a grocery store, banks, and doctor.
For the golfer, the Orihuela Costa is the place to be, known as the Costa del Golf! There are several professional courses all within a few minute's drive if not just next door. In the near proximity, there is the Campoamor Golf, Villamartin Golf, Las Ramblas Golf, Las Colinas Golf, Vista Bella Golf, Golf La Finca and La Romero Golf. You can hire clubs at most as well. We suggest if you are looking for ease of booking and discounted green fees contact Albatross Golf in Los Dolses.
Also now visit the new Zenia Blvd shopping centre, considered to be the largest in Europe and only a 5-minute drive away, catch a taxi or use the local bus service! This is home to many high street shops you will be familiar with.
The location of this apartment makes it the perfect holiday retreat for families or golfing groups.

Everyone comes to Spain for the Beaches and the Orihuela Costa has some of the finest “Blue Flag Beaches” Spain has to offer. There are local tourist-known beaches such as La Zenia Beach, Campoamor Beach, Cabo Roig Beach, Playa Flamenca Beach, and the promenade beach in Torrevieja. If you ask about you can also find those special little beaches only known by the locals to have a little quiet time on the beach or a romantic day out.
Markets!: The nearest large supermarket is the Mercadona, which is just a few minute's drive away. The nearest Spanish market is now held each Saturday on Playa Flamenca (close to Mercadona) offering many bargains. There are also large markets held in Torrevieja on Friday, Playa Flamenca on Saturday, San Pedro on Monday, and Guardamar on Wednesday. The town of Torrevieja is close by and here you can find an evening 'Craft market' on the seafront as well as many restaurants and bars. You can walk along the Promenade and stop off to enjoy a drink or meal at one of the many restaurants on offer.
For the shopper, you cannot ask for better as our new shopping mall, La Zenia Boulevard, being the largest shopping mall in Europe is just a few minutes away. Zenia Boulevard has shops in which you can find the latest in fashion, services, design, accessories, or decoration at very competitive prices such as those of Primark, Alcampo, Decathlon, Leroy Merlin, Norauto, C&A, H&M, Zara, Zara Home, Lefties, Mango, Stradivarius, Bershka, Pull, and Bear, Springfield, etc. Apart from shops, it has a Casino, bowling alley, and a host of fine eateries with all different types of food in the central court.
The local area host many things to occupy your time as well as sunbathing and a glass of vino. The local area offers other things to do such as horseback riding, scuba diving, flyboarding, fishing, sightseeing, quad biking, or even hire a bike and go for a ride. Whatever you wish to do on your holiday in Spain, you can guarantee the Villamartin and local areas will have it, in fact, we have everything!!!
