Another wonderful 2 week stay at this property,beautifully presented and includes all home comforts.The solarium and its facilities are excellent.This location is ideal for us,all amenities are within walking distance. On a personal level,would prefe r a firmer mattress but,overall fantastic.

Weather great,solarium great,this property is ideally located for the local amenities,all within walking distance ( including the beach),so we dont need a car to get around.All home comforts are catered for in this property.Any issues are quickly dea lt with by the excellent management company.

Gorgeous upper apartment. Very modern with washing machine and dishwasher. Beautiful roof terrace with hot tub. Great location with plenty places to each and drink within few mins walk. Great hosts who were super helpful! Will definitely return.

Casey who dealt with my booking was very accommodating and easy to deal with and always replied promptly to any enquires. Graham & Tracey who looked after the apartment were excellent and any time you had an issue they were dealing with it right aw ay. They also supplied us with a 10% off card for local restaurants which was a nice touch. The apartment was modern and clean and the description was pretty accurate. Its a pretty secure complex. The swimming pool area is a good size though you need your own loungers. There was restaurants and pubs a minute away plus a fantastic shopping centre with great restaurants near by. The beach is only a 15 min walk away. There were a few issues though. Firstly the roof terrace didn't have any lighting apart from a few solar lights which were just for show really. We couldn't sit at night with a couple of drinks and play cards without lighting candles and even then it was a struggle to see. The satellite tv system went off on the second week. The company were meant to sort it but they didn't so Graham came out and fixed it but within a few hours of him leaving it went again. I couldn't be bothered with the hassle. The shower in one of the bathrooms kept sliding down so I had to tie a sock round it to keep it up. The wardrobe in one of the bedrooms was locked by the owner so we didn't have any hanging space. If these issues were sorted then I would defo stay here again.

Stayed for 3 nights at the end of March. Aparment across road from shopping centre. Only negative was the hot tub could not be used, weather did not permit anyway. It had not been cleaned, had stagnant water in it and was not switched on for our arri val. Everthing else was good.

This is the second holiday we've had with Casey and In The Sun Holidays. The apartment is spacious enough for a family of four and incredibly stylish. If you're wanting to cook whilst on holiday, the kitchen is perfect and has everything you need . All the mod cons are there, including washing machine, dishwasher and coffee maker. However, it's just a 5 minute walk to the La Zenia Boulevard, which is great for both shopping and dining. The solarium is really big, much bigger than a standard balcony, and there's plenty of space for for sun bathing, dining and relaxing. The swimming pool isn't right next the apartment, but just a short stroll around the corner. The apartment is probably one of the nicest I've stayed in and the location is great. I would definitely stay there again, and Casey is the perfect host.

Nice sized 2-bed apartment. En suite to master. Big solarium space with good furniture and a hot tub. It is a shame that it’s not more private. Fully-equipped kitchen (although instructions for the hi-tech cooker would be good). Rapid response from Casey.

Great location close to so many supermarkets, restaurants and pubs and not far to the beach. Great facilities with comfortable beds, good TV package and a huge solarium with hot tub. Dealing with In the Sun Holidays is so easy and by far the best ren tal company to use.

While not an issue for a short break, the condensation on bedroom window must be a concern , long term. Minor issue, only 1 kitchen dish towel, plenty of bathroom towels. Back bedroom not as clean as expected, dust and hair covering small bedside ca binet, and on floor. Overall a great apartment, in particular the solarium, very well located, pity not a lot open at this time of year.

Absolutely loved our time in this apartment. So close to everything. Casey and Graham were fantastic from start to finish. Couldn’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to be back already!

Another lovely time at property,always enjoy it here,any problems are sorted straight away by Casey and Graham. Slight mark down on cleanliness due to finding dust and long hairs on floor tiles.

Another lovely holiday staying here in La Zenia,this is our 6th stay,we like the location for all the facilities and amenities are within walking distance.Only negative I would say is the apartment decor needs a refresh,ie painting. Management team f antastic as always.

we had a fantastic stay at the very clean modern apartment with a beautiful rooftop terrace. i have no complaints at all everything was absolute perfection and close to everything.grandma was there to meet us with the keys and showed us round the pla ce and told us all about the area. casey was brilliant from start to finish with her communications from when we booked till we arrived. we will definitely use this company again. thanks for everything

Lovely apartment,close to all amenities and a central location to explore the surrounding area.

Had a great week here in February 2024 Property was as described in a quiet street minutes from local pubs, restaurants and supermarkets. Solarium was an excellent place to relax during the day and great for sunrises, sunsets and stargazing.

Spent 8 nights in April. Apartment had everything required and is in a brilliant location for access to beach, restaurants anf boulevard. The communcation was excellent throughout and on the day of arrival we met by Graham who showed us around and me et us on our departure. Would strongly recommend.

We really enjoyed staying at 32 Calle Naranjo,the apartment was beautifully presented.The rooftop solarium has everything you need but,unfortunately for us,the weather wasnt good so we couldn't enjoy the solarium.Its ideally placed for everything we needed,we could get round on foot no problem.Plusses are a super king bed,lovely kitchen,2 bathrooms.Only negatives we found were no toaster or microwave.We would definitely stay again.Heres to the next stay.

Lovely holiday apartment located on the first floor with a very spacious roof terrace which includes a jacuzzi, BBQ, table and chairs and plenty of comfortable seating with a sun shade. The apartment itself was spacious and modern with a front balco ny to enjoy a morning coffee. The location is ideal as no car is needed - it is close to the Los Dolces commercial centre with shops and restaurants/cafes and a large Lidl, and only 8 minutes walk to Paddy's Point and around 10 mins to Zenia Boulevard. Secure gated entrance and well kept communal areas. The pool is just around the corner and is a large pool with lots of space to lounge in the gardens and sun shades too.

Our 2nd stay here,the location and apartment are ideal for what we want it for.The solarium is great,we haven't used the hot tub or barbecue. The management company were excellent to deal with.Nothing was to much trouble.Would definitely recommend th is apartment for facilities etc. Only slight issue is cleanliness could be better.Thanks again for a great holiday.

This was our second stay and we had the same feeling as last time, we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is equipped with everything you need to have a wonderful stay. The apartment is in a nice area near the La Zenia shopping center, restaurants and within walking distance to various beaches. We can really recommend this apartment and we will definitely consider this apartment when we plan to visit the area again.

Estuvimos muy agusto, es un apartamento super bonito con una terraza increíble y lo mejor el jacuzzi. Graham el encargado muy amable y atento se lo agradecemos mucho.

The apartment is spacious and it has everything you need. Well stocked kitchen, dishwasher and a washing machine. The area on the roof is really nice and you can barbeque and eat a dinner in the sunset or just relax in the lounge group. La Zenia boul evard is only 5 minutes walk from the apartment and there are some really nice restaurants in the area, we can really recommend Browns Gastro bar. It's walking distance to some different nice beaches. We would definitely consider to stay in this apartment again.

The only issue was the toilet leaking which was resolved quickly and efficiently,top job. Always enjoy staying here as you can tell with all our bookings. Cant wait for our next stay in November.
