As you walk in there is a glazed in front terrace ideal to sit and read a book or just enjoy the views and garden.

Upstairs the home has a double bedroom and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds and both bedrooms have private balconies. There is a full family bathroom as well. ALL ROOMS HAVE AIRCON.

THE OUTSIDE, well you enter through the private gate to a huge garden where you can sunbath! Around the back, there is a huge “L” shape sofa to relax before dining AL Fresco under the stars on the large 8 seat dining table. There is also another stone dining area and more space for sunbathing as well as the BBQ! This home is all about the outside, sunbathing, BBQ's, family and just relaxing. The communal pool is about 100 feet away when you need to cool down. There is an underbuild games area also with a pool table.

This property is near the La Fuente Comercial Center with more than an abundance to choose from in Bars and Restaurants. Anything from Tapas to amazing cuisine! There is also two large grocery stores, banks and pharmacies!

Nearby there are many championship golf courses to choose from, the largest shopping mall in Europe – Zenia Boulevard, numerous Blue Flag Beaches to choose from, markets galore and all within a few minutes drive or even walk-able and of course the Blue Lagoon business area to dine in have a few drinks or the La Fuente Centre a couple of km's up the road with loads of bars and restaurants to choose from, location location location!!!!

This fantastic villa is located only a few minutes from the Blue Lagoon shops, restaurants and bars with a wide choice of all. Or a 5 minute drive up the road to the La Fuente Centre with a huge choice of Bars, Restaurants and shopping to fill the cupboards.

For the golfer the Orihuela Costa is the place to be, known as the Costa del Golf! There are several professional courses all within a few minutes drive if not just next door. In the near proximity there is the Campoamor Golf, ...

For the golfer the Orihuela Costa is the place to be, known as the Costa del Golf! There are several professional courses all within a few minutes drive if not just next door. In the near proximity there is the Campoamor Golf, Villamartin Golf, Las Ramblas Golf, Las Colinas Golf, Vista Bella Golf, Golf La Finca and La Romero Golf. You can hire clubs at most as well. We suggest if you are looking for ease of booking and discounted green fees to contact The Golf Factory in Campoamor.

Everyone comes to Spain for the Beaches and the Orihuela Costa has some of the finest “Blue Flag Beaches” Spain has to offer. There are the local tourist known beaches such as La Zenia Beach, Campoamor Beach, Cabo Roig Beach, Playa Flamenca Beach and the promenade beach in Torrevieja. If you ask about you can also find those special little beaches only known by the locals to have a little quiet time on the beach or a romantic day out.

Markets!: The nearest large supermarket is the Mercadona, which is just a few minutes drive away. The nearest Spanish market is now held each Saturday on Playa Flamenca (close to Mercadona) offering many bargains. There are also large markets held in Torrevieja on Friday, Playa Flamenca on Saturday, San Pedro on Monday and Guardamar on Wednesday. The town of Torrevieja is close by and here you can find an evening 'Craft market' on the sea front as well as many restaurants and bars. You can walk along the Promenade and stop off to enjoy a drink or meal at one of the many restaurants on offer.

For the shopper, you cannot ask for better as our new shopping mall, La Zenia Boulevard, being the largest shopping mall in Europe is just a few minutes away. Zenia Boulevard has shops in which you can find the latest in fashion, services, design, accessories or decoration at very competitive prices such as those of Primark, Alcampo, Decathlon, Leroy Merlin, Norauto, C&A, H&M, Zara, Zara Home, Lefties, Mango, Stradivarius, Bershka, Pull and Bear, Springfield, etc. Apart from shops it has a Casino, bowling ally, and a host of fine eateries with all different types of food in the central court.

The local area host many things to occupy your time as well as sunbathing and a glass of vino. The local area offers other things to do such as horseback riding, scuba diving, flyboarding, fishing, sight seeing, quad biking or even hire a bike and go for a ride. Whatever you wish to do on your holiday in Spain, you can guarantee the Villamartin and local areas will have it, in fact we have everything!!!

Booking Information

There is a compulsory 90 euro end of stay cleaning fee payable on arrival to the agent at key handover. The keys will not be released without payment.

We are able to arrange airport collection from both Alicante and Murcia at a set cost. Please ask for a quote.

Cots and high chairs are available upon request at a price of €15.00 per week each.

For booking there is a 25 % deposit payable at booking with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to booking commencement.

We rented this property at the last minute due to a change of plans. Casey and Graeme were great hosts. We were met at the property and shown around. Property has lots of space and we particularly enjoyed the outdoor corner sofa area for relaxing.
