The main room of the villa has a spacious dining area for 6 as well plenty of seating in the living room for 8 to enjoy the multi national television on the large flatscreen TV and FREE wifi. There is also AirCon in the living room
The villa has 3 double bedrooms all with built-in wardrobes and one bedroom with 2 single beds. Two of the double bedrooms have AirCon as well. There is a large family shower room as well a WC next to it.
There is a very large brand new modern kitchen with all mod-con's to cater for any party large or small.
Between a 5 and 10 minute walk you have both main beaches in Cabo Roig to enjoy the day and as well a few minutes walk away is the local supermarket. About a 4 minute drive is the well known Cabo Roig strip with numerous bars and restaurants to enjoy if not eating at home.
Cabo Roig is a great place to call home for your holidays in Spain. On the strip, there is a huge amount of restaurants and bars to suit any taste and all within a few minutes walk! If golfing there are numerous course all within a 15-minute drive such as Las Ramblas, Campoamor, La Romero and more!!!! For the sun worshipper, there is the local Cabo Roig beach a few minutes walk away and now you can stroll along the promenade all the way to La Zenia so many beaches within a short walk to enjoy. If you want to shop, the largest shopping mall in Europe - Zenia Boulevard is a short drive away also with all high street shops and many places to dine. Centrally located makes this really the perfect destination for your well deserved holidays!
As with all In The Sun Holidays properties, a free starter pack of coffee, tea, sugar, milk, water and juice plus wine or sangria is included in your rental.

There is a compulsory 100 euro end of stay cleaning fee payable on arrival to the agent at key handover. The keys will not be released without payment.
We are able to arrange airport collection from both Alicante and Murcia at a set cost. Please ask for a quote.
Cots and high chairs are available upon request at a price of €15.00 per week each.
For booking, there is a 25 % deposit payable at booking with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to booking commencement.
Smoking is acceptable on the terrace only

Damage Deposit: €100.00
The guest will receive a 100% refund if they cancel at least four weeks before the check-in date and as long as the full balance has been paid on time according to the booking terms.
